Included are three news clippings, a photograph of Bucher and his wife inscribed by Bucher, an note card inscribed by Bucher, a handwritten 2 page letter on U.S. Navy stationary from Mrs. Bucher talking about the Pueblo "Incident", a typed letter signed on congressional stationary from the legislative assistant of Otis G. Pike, and an inscribed note card by Lt. Edward R. Murphy.
